Patient Billing

Our goal is to provide the best possible dental care for each person in a way which respects the individual needs of our patients.  Clear financial arrangements play and important role in our ability to allow our patients to attain good dental health.  The following financial options are offered

Payments

For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  

Payments and Co-payments are due at the time of your appointment. If you need to make payment arrangements, please speak with one of our receptionist who will help you.

For patients up to age 65, without dental insurance, paying in full with cash or check on the day of service will receive a 5% courtesy discount on on their treatment.

All patients age 65 or older, without dental insurance, will receive a 10% courtesy if treatment is paid with cash or check.  A 5% courtesy will be given if paid with a credit card.

Extended Financing Options

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer Care Credit, and intrest free dental payment plan.

Care Credit has several payment plans to meet every financial need, including  interest free monthly payments and no additional up front costs.  It’s easy to apply and you will receive an instant online decision in seconds.  Apply online or speak to one of our receptionist for more details.

Patients with insurance coverage

We are not in network with all insurance plans.  Please contact your insurance representative or one of our receptionist to clarify what type of benefit applies for you, and receive a benefit summary of what your plan covers.

 Co-payments apply for patients with out-of-network insurance companies.

Some United Concordia, and BlueCross/BlueShield policies send insurance reimbursement directly to the patient.

Patients with benefits being sent directly to them are asked to pay for their services at the time of their appointment.  Reimbursement takes 10 to 14 days.
